Note: 

All "raw" plant material originating outside the United States must be shipped with a PITC-specific USDA import permit tag affixed to the outside of every container.  All processed fiber material (pulp) can be shipped through normal shipping processes. 

Please check for "Hazardous" designations for all shipments before shipping.  Hazardous materials will require specific shipping instructions.  PITC can help if there are questions on this subject.
